You’ll want to make sure that you get enough change in the types of exercises you do, so don’t do the same thing all the time and make sure you do them with bursts. So, here’s the Fabulous five starting off with the most important.

1 Squats. Choose between the barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, swinging and other similar moves.
